Posh Pulls the Plug on TV Show?

Kate and I are pretty unhappy with Posh. There has been an evil rumor floating around that she may pull out of her reality TV show. The show was to be based on her move to the U.S. with her family and set to air on NBC. But it looks like family comes before career for Mrs. Beckham. TMZ is reporting that the rumor is in fact true quoting a source from The Mirror.

"the TV series was a great launchpad for her career...but she felt she was being pushed into a corner and David was obviously always going to take priority."

The official word from her rep came in yesterday.

"Victoria has had great fun filming the show. However the schedule was incredibly tight and it is up to the network what happens next."

So I'm not sure that she is 100% done, but my guess is that she is unhappy that the network wanted her to tape when she was already committed to watching husband David play soccer in his final European games. There is also talk floating around that the series could turn out to be an hour long special instead.

I guess we have to give her props for putting her family first, but damn were we looking forward to that show!

Tom & Katie's New Crib

People is reporting that Tom Cruise has put down $35 million on a new house in Beverly Hills for the happy little family. They have been renting their current home but the lease runs out next year. The mansion (I refuse to call it a house) has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. It sits on 1.3 acres behind gates and is being described as a "traditional-style residence". And in case you were worried that the move would take them away from their best friends Victoria and David Beckham, fear not. They also just bought a new multi-million-dollar home only two minutes away. Thank goodness.

Beckingham Palace: LA.

Victoria and David Beckham have finally found a house to their liking in LA. It is 13,000 sq ft villa, and it's brand new! With six bedroom and nine bathrooms in the 90210 neighborhood - it reportedly cost $22 million. Victoria has also found schools she likes for the boys. I'm sure we will get to see a lot of it, as Posh will be filming parts of her reality show there.

I'm super jealous of the kitchen - it's fantastic!

David Beckham had quite the birthday in store for wife Victoria Beckham! Here is a run down of the night:

$50,000 on a private jet to Paris
$12,000 on a night stay at the Ritz-Carleton
$14,000 on the dress pictured
$3,000 on a pair of couture Louboutins.

Nice that he got her a dress for the night and all and it's cute, but those shoes! Seriously? And am I the only one who is getting a wee bit uncomfortable with David's super tight pants?

Posh Found Her New Pad

Finally! It's hard to find a good home when you only have millions at your disposal! Victoria and David Beckham have put an offer on a humungo seven-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion that used to belong to Meg Ryan. The asking price was $20 million and they offered a bit above that. According to Joel Cunningham, the Bel Air agent who showed Posh and David the home,

"Mrs. Beckham was very impressed with the property overall especially the ocean views which can be enjoyed from the bedroom. She was also impressed by the close proximity to the local amenities and schools."

Sounds great but with ocean views, a private gym, sauna, swimming pool and huge gardens, I'm not sure why you'd care how close the local "amenities" are; I'd never leave!

Link It Like Beckham.....

David Beckham hurt his knee badly playing football on the weekend when he ran into an advertising sign. Could this be the end of his career? Maybe he won't end up moving to LA at all? That would be to bad, as I'm really looking forward to Posh's reality show. The good news is he didn't put a mark on that beautiful face.

Radar Online has an exclusive that those photos of Anna Nicole in the morgue may not be fake after all. The National Enquirer stated they were totally photoshopped, but now and insider has come out and said they are real. Only about 6 people would know if these photos are real. I know Larry would never tell, but two others could probably be persuaded to talk if the money was right, heh Howie and Vergie?

Ginger from Gilligan's Island is 73! She still looks pretty good!

Lindsay Lohan is sober and wants everyone to know about it. Poor Lindsay, I'm sure she's agreeing with Danny Bonaduce that privacy is overrated.

Britney is not doing to well in rehab. I can't really believe these rumors are true, and TMZ is reporting that she might not stick it out!
