Which leads me to the next piece of Larry news: Page Six is reporting that Larry Birkhead and NBC have a secret $1 million deal for Larry's ongoing story. No kidding. That's why Access Hollywood and Bravo have had Larry's story exclusively since Anna Nicole died! I don't blame him one bit for selling his story. He needs some money while he's not working and people want to hear his story!

And in even more news Larry has said that he's considering a life of anonymity. HA! I don't think he's going to get it! Larry says "A lot of people are calling. There's a script for a movie, some TV, an entertainment correspondent for a show, things like that. Maybe I'll just go off into the sunset with my daughter. I don't want to live under the microscope like Anna.

I want to make a difference for my daughter. Maybe we'll live a quiet life by the beach, or go back to where I'm from, or find a place to start new. I want to take a few months off to get to know my daughter and for her to get to know me."

Vergie Does It Again!!

Give up old woman!!! Virgie Arthur has filed an appeal to stop Larry Birkhead taking Dannielynn out of the Bahamas and home with him to the US!!

There is going to be a public court hearing today in the Bahamas and I hope the Judge throws Virgie and her stupid appeal out of court with no recourse. She's the grandmother, no one can take that away from her, and Larry has said that of course she's going to be part of Dannielynn's life. Stop trying to get it in writing.

I think some lame brained lawyer has whispered in Virgie's ear that she could get her hands on some of the Marshall money if she fights hard enough. Dannielynn will probably never see that money, let alone Virgie.

Larry must be furious.

Dannielynn Is Still In the Bahamas: No Resolution

Like a once fantastic television show that is now limping along in it's 13th season, the Dannielynn custody battle is dragged out once again, with no resolution reached today. Larry Birkhead emerged from the courtroom today and said "I gotta call my travel agent, but I don't know if I need one ticket or two". Cryptic. Also, he could just go online and use Expedia or something!! Who has travel agents these day?

Virgie Arthur came out and said "I'm still holding on". Virgie wants visitation right and custody if anything happens to Larry. Ridiculous. Larry said earlier in the week that his own mother wants to be a grandmother as well, but he's not going to sign a piece of paper that states that.

Then Stern came out and said that Vergie was holding everything up, in his opinion it should have been over today and Vergie has "proved herself to be what Anna Nicole always told me."

Another hearing is set for Wednesday. Please, please, please let this be over on Wednesday and let Larry take his little girl home!!

Larry and Dannielynn: Together At Last!

Awwwww!! Isn't she beautiful? Larry Birkhead and his daughter Dannielynn appear together for the first time in OK Magazine this week. I can't wait to buy it. I just checked in Target and it's not out until Friday!!

OK paid tons of money for the story and the exclusive photos of Larry and Dannielynn and all the money is being put into a trust for her.

The formal hearing into Dannielynn's custody continues on Friday in the Bahamas. Hopefully Virgie is finished throwing her wrench into the works.

In other Larry Birkhead news, he's has hired celebrity lawyer Marty Singer to sue all the tabloids that have been making him out to be less than and upstanding guy in the meanest possible ways!

Larry Parties All Night Long

Larry Birkhead has been having a fine time in the Bahamas according to Page Six. Larry was seen in a couple of nightclubs last week having a great time, and was very popular with the ladies!!

I don't blame him one bit. Larry, go out now while you can and party, because once you bring Dannielynn home you won't leave the house at night for about six years, so make the most of it now!!

Vergie Arthur is giving Larry some trouble in the custody negotiations. Apparently she wants Larry to agree that she gets custody of Dannielynn if anything was to happen to Larry. He does not agree.

In other fabulous Anna Nicole related news, one of our favorites, Bobby Trendy, has signed on to play himself in the Anna Nicole movie which is due to start filming shortly.

Will Larry Birkhead Finally Be Able To Pay His Legal Fees?

Will Larry Birkhead finally be able to earn some money from the emotional saga of his fight for fatherhood? Fox News is reporting that "sources" are telling them that Larry has inked a deal with Bravo TV for his story, in the "high six figures", and there will be enough money to pay off Debra Opri and with some left over.

"... the deal was actually cut through NBC’s Bravo channel for documentaries about Birkhead. The way it’s been explained is this: Everything Birkhead does for “Access” will be repurposed for Bravo. And it was “Access Hollywood” executive producer Rob Silverstein who delivered Birkhead to NBC’s “Today” show for an exclusive interview with Meredith Vieira. That appearance was also covered by the Bravo deal."

I'm sure that everyone is now going to start accusing Larry of "cashing in" on Anna Nicole's death, but give the guy a break! He has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to prove that he is Dannielynn's father and gain custody of her, and since the day that Anna Nicole died, Larry has probably not worked. He is selling his story, and it's very compelling.

Fox also says "Birkhead is said to be in the middle of negotiations for a million-dollar photo shoot of himself and the baby with a celebrity weekly. The suspects: Us Weekly, Star, OK!, Hello!, Life & Style, In Touch Weekly.". I hope so!!

Today Larry Birkhead, Virgie Arthur and Howard K Stern will be back in court in the Bahamas to work out the custody arrangements for Dannielynn. Hopefully Larry will be able to take his daughter home in less than two weeks!!

UPDATE: Absolutely nothing happend today and the hearing is due to resume next week. There are some rumors floating around that Vergie Arthur and Larry are going to meet without lawyers and try and get an agreement together to present to the court next week. The gag order is still in place.

Larry Birkhead: BREAKING NEWS

Larry Birkhead is Dannielynn Hope's biological father. The results are 99.99% certain - confirmed by Dr Michael Baird. They will be back in court on Friday for custody issues. Larry Birkhead came out of the Bahamania courtroom at 3:45pm and made the announcement and the crowd cheered. Howard Stern followed and said he was very disappointed, and would make sure that Larry Birkhead gets sole custody of Dannielynn. He also said the Larry was welcome to come over to the house at anytime and spend as much time with Dannielynn has he wished!!!

Today's The Day!

Today is the day we have all been waiting for - Dannielynn's paternity results will be read aloud in court in the Bahamas today!! Of course, I'm not sure how long we will have to wait until the news leaks out, but I'm sure that Larry Birkhead will want to announce it to the world, if he is the father of Dannielynn.

In the meantime, here's an interesting letter from Candy Spelling to Larry Birkhead, full of fantastic advice for the newly famous. Apparently Candy sent this letter to Larry via TMZ.com, probably to make sure that everyone in the free world reads it, because I can't imagine that with her money and connections she couldn't have found his email address to send it to him directly.

Dannielynn's Daddy Will Be Announced Tomorrow

Dannielynn's paternity hearing is definitely going ahead tomorrow in the Bahamas and TMZ has confirmed that the DNA expert Dr Michael Baird, has booked his ticket to the Bahamas and is on the way. Larry Birkhead and Howard K Stern will both be present in the court room for the reading of the results.

In an exclusive statement to TMZ Howard K Stern has come forward and said that he will not fight for custody if Larry Birkhead is Dannielynn's biological father, and in fact will do anything in his power to stop Vergie Arthur, Anna Nicole's mother, from having custody of Dannielynn.

"If Larry Birkhead is confirmed to be Dannielynn's biological father, Howard will not challenge custody. His love for her will not change, irrespective of the results............Howard will do whatever is necessary to assist Larry Birkhead to defeat any effort by Virgie Arthur to obtain custody of Dannielynn".

Mia and I CANNOT WAIT for the results to be revealed tomorrow. It's a relief that Howard K Stern is not going to drag this out for months by challenging Birkhead in a custody battle. Good Luck Larry, we can't imagine how anxious you are for the results!

Dannielynn Paternity Update

Court TV is reporting that the hearing in the Bahamas has ended for the day, and the paternity results were not read out in court. The hearing is set to resume next Tuesday.

Larry Birkhead must be getting frantic!! Each day this goes on is another day Dannielynn is locked in the house with Howard K Stern!!

Birkhead Gets the Bill!!

Incredibly, Debra Opri is charging Larry Birkhead $620,492.84. Opri billed Larry $475 an hour for legal services and a slew of other miscellaneous charges including two dinners that Birkhead didn't even attend and some laundry charges for Opri's husband. TMZ has a longer list here.

I can't really believe she billed the poor guy that much. Look at the international exposure the Debra Opri has received by representing Larry Birkhead! The least she could have done is cut her normal rate in half and not billed him the bogus expenses. My favorite one is this:

On February 24, 2007, while Opri and Birkhead stayed at a private residence in Ft. Lauderdale during the Florida hearing, Opri billed $600 for Seafood World. We're told she brought four trays of lobster to the house. The bill says, "Dinner gift/Ft. Lauderdale house stay." But it was no gift to Larry. That same day, she billed $211 for items at Publix grocery store.

In other Larry news, last week we reported that Larry Birkhead had filed a trademark on the phrase "Goodnight My Sweet Anna Baby". Apparently this is not the case. Larry has written this on his own website LarryBirkhead.net

TRADEMARKS: I have never requested a trademark, signed or filled out any paperwork on a trademark relating to Anna Nicole Smith, and the saying "Goodnight My Sweet Anna Baby." The form was filled out by another individual on my behalf. The form was not reviewed or approved by me. The media is reporting that they have seen a copy of the form, please send me one as I have asked for a copy and never have received it. It does not have my signature or authorization, I am far too busy working on my fight for my daughter Dannielynn, to worry about things like trademarking sayings for use in movies, etc. **In other words, I will seek to have this trademark withdrawn or cancelled on the grounds it was not approved by me.**

And in even more news, TMZ is reporting that most of the drugs that were given to Anna Nicole were prescribed to Howard K Stern!!!!!!!

The paternity hearing in the Bahamas is due to resume tomorrow - pending of course all the appeals that Mr Howard K Stern has filed. And I can only presume that he is filing these appeals as he doesn't want the truth to set him free!!

Howard K Stern is Ruining Our Week.

Howard K Stern has filed an appeal in the paternity suit over Dannielynn, Anna Nicole Smith's daughter. Last week, DNA samples were taken from Larry Birkhead and Dannielynn and the results have been sealed until the hearing continues on 3 April in the Bahamas.. Stern, by filing an appeal has now delayed the results being released for who knows how long.

Howard, if you are the father and you know it as you say you do, why the delay??? There is no reason for this unless of course you know you are not the father.

Put us all out of our misery and give up. You've already lost!

Anna Nicole: Accidental Overdose

Dr Joshua Perper has just announced Anna Nicole Smith's cause of death was accidental overdose of chloryl hydrate, a sleeping medication.

Chief Charlie Tiger of the Seminole Police Department also spoke and said that the case will be closed, as there is no evidence of homicide. Chief Tiger also said "at this point, Howard K Stern will not be charged with anything".

Dr Perper spoke at length and described all the stages of the autopsy and subsequent toxicology reports and investigations.

So it was an accidental overdose combined with drug intoxication.

Poor thing. I feel bad for her.

Homeless Howie

Howard K Stern is going to be booted from "Horizons", the Bahamian home that he is currently hiding out in with Dannielynn.

TMZ is reporting that G. Ben Thompson, who bought the house for Anna Nicole, with the agreement that she would buy it from him at a later date has said

"We know that Howard K. Stern cannot pass [the DNA test] in any way that would suggest he is the father of that particular child"

Wow, the only way he could possibly know this is if Anna Nicole told him directly or Howard K Stern told him directly. Stern will be presented with an eviction notice.

Things are really heating up in the whole Anna Nicole Smith saga. Paternity results could be revealed as early as today, the inquest into Daniel Smith's death starts next week, and Dr Perper, the Broward County Medical Examiner, will be holding a press conference at 10:30am on Monday to reveal the final results of the autopsy.

The National Enquirer and Star Magazine are claiming to know the results of the autopsy, which are that Anna Nicole died of an overdose of sleeping medication. I'm reserving judgement until I hear it from Dr Perper.

Dannielynn Gets Tested

Apparently Howard K Stern is finally doing the right thing after the Judge ordered DNA tests for everyone yesterday, at the paternity hearing.

TMZ has video of Stern leaving the house with Dannielynn. Of course he could just be taking her to the store, but I doubt it seeing that Dannielynn has not left the house since Anna Nicole Smith died in February.

Larry Birkhead must be so excited!! It could take up to four days for the results to become available.

UPDATE: CourtTV is reporting that the DNA test results will be sealed until the next hearing, scheduled for 3 April.

Judge Orders DNA Test for Dannielynn

Today a Bahamain Judge ordered DNA tests for Larry Birkhead, Howard K Stern, and baby Dannielynn. TMZ.com is reporting that Larry Birkhead left the courtroom pumping his fists in the air, delirious with his victory. Samples of Anna Nicole Smith's DNA have already been collected.

Word is that results could come as early as the end of the week.

What a relief that someone has finally ordered DNA tests to be done. They really know how to move things along in the Bahamas!!! Hopefully Dannielynn will be with her biological father within weeks. Go Larry!!

I guess this makes Virgie Arthur's quest for guardianship irrelevant, unless the unthinkable happens and Larry is not the father.

Debra Opri Fired!!!!

Breaking News: Larry Birkhead has fired his attorney, Debra Opri. Birkhead will be represented by a Bahamian attorney in today's paternity hearing in the Bahamas.

Debra Opri issued a statement this morning, saying "Larry Birkhead and I have terminated our attorney-client relationship effective immediately."

I hope this is going to work out for Larry and he has someone good representing him today!! Good Luck Larry!!

UPDATE: Debra Opri has said that she terminated the relationship with Larry Birkhead because she was asked to do things that she ethically cannot do. She did not eleborate on this.

Anna Nicole's Death - All The New News

New information is breaking constantly today in the investigation into the death of Anna Nicole Smith.

Last night TMZ was reporting that Florida Police were having meetings with Homicide prosecutors.

Then we found out that the police investigation into Anna Nicole's death was centering around a computer that was in the room when Anna Nicole died.

We're told cops in the Seminole P.D. have been working with Bahamian police in
evaluating evidence on a computer that was inside the hotel room where Anna
Nicole died. TMZ

Next it was revealed that Anna Nicole's laptop contained e-mails from Anna to her Doctors in the US about prescriptions and the drugs that she used. TMZ

TMZ also knows that Dr. Joshua Perper, the Medical Examiner, has interviewed people about Anna's drug use. We know Dr. Perper has asked about Anna's use of injectible Demerol, and whether she swabbed alcohol on her skin before inserting the needle.

Finally, TMZ has obtained a copy of a waybill showing drugs were sent to Anna Nicole in the Bahamas.

TMZ has spoken to Dr. Levy, who confirmed that prescriptions were sent but not
written for Anna. Dr. Levy would not say for whom they actually were written. He
also would not say why they were sent to Vickie Marshall if they were not for
her.

How thick is this plot? It's totally unbelievable, except for the fact that it's all real. I think Anna Nicole's death is definitely on the verge of becoming a Homicide Investigation. Assisted suicide maybe?

The paternity battle for Dannielynn resumes in a Bahamian courtroom tomorrow!! Stay tuned.

Dannielynn Paternity Battle Rages

Last night on Larry King Live, attorneys for Larry Birkhead and Howard K Stern, forcefully told Larry King the same old thing that they've been saying for weeks. Nothing much new came to light, but it was interesting to see how dogged Stern's attorney's are that the Bahamian birth certificate means everything. Here's a few excerpts:

KING: Ron Rale, I'll make a statement. Is it true? No one knows who the father is. No one can really know who the father is until DNAs are taken...

RALE: I think that's a fair statement.

KING: You can say you're the father.

RALE: I think that's a fair statement.

Then Debra Opri, Larry Birkhead's attorney got her say:

OPRI: I want them to do a DNA test. I want that baby produced. I took Howard K. Stern into the Los Angeles jurisdiction and our judge said, under a new case, that man is coming in, because he's held himself out as the father. Neavitt sits here and has the audacity to tell you he's the presumed father under Bahamian law? Bahamian law needs a piece of paper. It doesn't need anything else. I filed in the California jurisdiction so Larry would have standing to go there. That birth certificate isn't worth the paper it's written on.

KING: The same statement for you I gave to them. No one knows who the father is, correct?

OPRI: Larry Birkhead is the father.

So, there you have it. Nothing has been resolved, and nothing is going to be resolved until Stern produces Dannielynn for a DNA test. Sigh.

Dr Perper even showed up at one stage, and no, I have no idea what that lump on his head is.
