Aniston Adopting?

OK Magazine is reporting that Jennifer Aniston is the next celebrity to do the ultra 'in' thing by adopting a baby.

Inspired by her good friend Sheryl Crow, who just became a mom to adopted son Wyatt, Jennifer Aniston is seriously considering adopting a baby. The 38-year-old actress has met with the same adoption agency that helped bring Sheryl and her son together.
They are also saying that she really wants a boy. Maybe she wants a boy in the hopes that he can hook up with best friend Courteney's daughter, Coco, later in life. I wonder what her new hottie boyfriend Paul Sculfor thinks of this baby news?

Dirt - It's back!

FX announced today that the Courteney Cox drama "Dirt" has been renewed for a 13 episode second season. Mia and I are really excited about this as "Dirt" is one of our favourite shows (The Riches - not so much!)
"We're very proud to have managed, in the toughest possible competitive environment, to launch 'Dirt' and 'The Riches' -- two highly original series
that have resonated with our audience as strongly as 'The Shield' and 'Rescue Me,'" FX president John Landgraf says.
Dirt will return to FX early in the fall.

Odd Pairing

I have no idea if this is true or not, even Hello calls it a rumor, but word is that Jennifer Aniston has enlisted the help of chef Jamie Oliver as her teammate to compete in The Big Give, Oprah's new reality show. The premise of the show is that celebrity pairs compete to find the most "innovative and dramatic way to donate money to charity". Sounds interesting. I never would have put those two together though. Seems to me that Jennifer Aniston could raise a ton more money if she had teamed up with Courteney Cox!

Perfect Spring Blanket

Style Watch got the inside scoop on the adorable bag Courteney Cox was carrying at her husband's premier for The Tripper. Turns out, it isn't a bag at all but a picnic blanket carrier! The carrier was given out to everyone who attended David Arquette's premier because it was held outside. It comes in several different patterns and is totally affordable at $18! Perfect for spring picnics or summer concerts. You can get yours at katalinaklark.com!

Arquette & Cox - Marriage is Fine

At the premier of his new movie The Tripper last night, David Arquette spoke to People about the non-stop rumors that seem to plague his marriage to Courteney Cox.

"At every turn, it's my job to be loving and honest to her. If there's one thing about our relationship, there are no surprises."

He also defended his relationship during a radio interview on Wednesday,
"They'll say what they're gonna say and you just say 'No, that's not true."
Poor guy. It's got to be so annoying to constantly hear that your marriage is on the rocks. How cute do the Arquette's look with BFF Jennifer Aniston at the premier last night?

Is Dirt Safe?

Courteney Cox's BFF Jennifer Aniston gave the season finale of Dirt a big boost 2 weeks ago. The episode brought in 2.4 million viewers, up 600,000 from the previous week. I'm sure that was mostly due to the over-hyped kiss they had. Is it going to be enough? FX hasn't said a word about whether or not the show is safe but Kate and I have our fingers crossed!

Leave Them Alone!

I'm so tired of the rumors that Courtney Cox and David Arquette are having marriage problems. I am such a huge fan of Courtney's and David's and I really think this is just a case of the media wanting to see them fail. This time, it's Star Magazine and they are blaming the troubles on Courtney's negative friends.

A source tells Star “Some people think they (Courtney’s girlfriends) have it all, but they are a ‘glass half-empty’ bunch. They’re down on love, and they seem to complain a lot.” Star’s source believes, “this creates problems between her and David that wouldn’t be there otherwise.” “Courtney is probably suddenly seeing more negative traits in David,” adds another source. “But now I bet he can’t do anything right.” And in turn, David is spending time alone to give Courtney the space she needs.
I refuse to believe it.

Courteney Looks Great... Even With Dirt All Over Her

"Dirt" is one of our favorite TV shows at the moment, and we love Courteney Cox. In this months LA Confidential Courteney talks about "Dirt" and her own relationship with the paparazzi.

LAC: What’s your take on the love-hate relationship between celebrities and
paparazzi?
CC: There are times when paparazzi go too far. There was a party at my house for Jennifer [Aniston] the other night. I don’t know who leaked it, but all day long, there were paparazzi—and I’m talking a ton. Sometimes they get to competitive it’s dangerous, like “Who’s gonna get the shot?” It’s OK as long it stays within limits. It’s OK to go to a restaurant and get your picture taken—you’re going out and you have to expect something. But when it gets invasive and they’re sitting outside your house, it’s gone too far. I’m kind of torn because I understand. Look, I don’t read those magazines... but don’t think I don’t look at the pictures to see what people are wearing. I “get” the fascination, but if I’m followed every time I leave my house? That’s too much.(source)

I wonder if that's real dirt in the photo's or special effects dirt?

Sweet Little Coco! Oh, and Courteney too!

Check out Coco in her pink tights and ballerina slippers! She is so adorable!
In a recent interview with LA Confidential Magazine, Courteney explains that she isn't worried about jumping into films as much anymore now that she has Coco. Her FX show Dirt has been struggling a bit in the ratings lately but she doesn't seem concerned.

"Now that I’ve had Coco, I don’t really think in those terms anymore. I just want to do things that make me excited, that I have fun doing. When I was on Friends I used to think, Oh, I really want to do a film every summer. It was so important to get film roles. Now, if I got something fantastic I’d be thrilled, but really I just want to do a great job on this show. My life is so full as it is—if I were just to do Dirt and spend time with Coco in the summer, that would be fine, too. But if there’s a great project, I’ll just bring her with me." source

Is Jen Pulling an Angelina?

I'm not sure how much I believe this story, it seems that 99% of the crap written about Jennifer Aniston turns out to be false. The latest, being reported by Life&Style, is that Jen has had a 'heart-to-heart' with best friend Courtney Cox and as a result, has decided to adopt a baby.
"Jen's not adopting right now", her rep insists, before adding, "she doesn't rule out the possibility in the future." But according to the pal, "It could be weeks, not months, before Jen becomes a mother. She's meeting with adoption lawyers, and she's telling everyone to get ready -- it's going to happen soon!"
Again, I'm not sure how much I believe this story and I'm sure we will get a big fat denial tomorrow via People Magazine or Oprah. And although her rep doesn't fully deny it, I seriously doubt Aniston, knowing how much is written about her, would be 'telling everyone', this would probably be kept on the down low. I just hope that if she does adopt, she names it something we can all spell and pronounce.

Courteney Cox Won't Dish the DIRT On Her Friends

Courteney Cox is playing editor in real life, just like the character she plays on DIRT.

"There are many times that I'll call up the writers and say, 'Guys, I really
know that person.' Not that it's the person, but it sounds too much like someone
that they could possibly take it the wrong way."

Cox's character on DIRT, Lucy Spiller, will stop at nothing to get the story for her tabloid magazine, she even has her brother followed to find out who he is having a relationship with. Cox appears to be too worried about what her friends will think, and not worried enough about her new show. I watch DIRT and I really like it, but Courteney should throw caution to the wind and give us some great storylines that we know are probably true in real life, especially since each episode has been a little bit weaker than the previous one. Courteney, stop worrying and really give us something to dish about!

Sweet Coco

How cute is Courteney Cox's daughter Coco? David Arquette took little Coco to a Laker's game this weekend. Check out that dress! Adorable. Maybe she is practicing her dance moves with the Laker Girls!

Courteney Cox and Jennifer Aniston to Kiss?

We already know that Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox are going to appear together on the March 27 season finale of "Dirt". Michael Ausiello of TV Guide is reporting that Aniston's character, rival tabloid editor to Cox's Lucy Spiller,is a lesbian and that Cox and Aniston are to engage in a "liplock". Ratings will be through the roof for FX that night if this is true. I'm dying to see Jennifer Aniston break out of her "nice" image and play a bitchy, driven, lesbian tabloid editor. Courteney Cox has already proved herself in her role as Lucy Spiller, so let the sparks fly!!

UPDATE: PEOPLE have just confirmed that the kiss will take place!

TV Round Up

Last week we previewed The Real Housewives of Orange County and let me say, it didn't disappoint. The shallowness, botox, expensive cars and cleavage were back in all their glory. If it is possible I think that Jo and Jeanna have even become shallower than they were last season. Jo and her friend, who looked exactly like Jo, both were "approved" to go the party at the Playboy Mansion. Apparently this is a big deal and they dressed up in underwear with their butts hanging out and took off in broad daylight, wearing only see through negligee's over their underwear, to attending the party, and then a good naked time was had by all, which of course we didn't get to see. Meanwhile, Vicki made her son work in construction to teach him a few life lessons, while her mother made snide comments about Vicki's eyelash extensions and botox. Jeana was emotionally absent when their dog died and poor Colton, the only leveled headed person in the show (he's 14) was left to take care of the dead dog. The whole thing was shallowly entertaining and a real eye-opener into the lifestyle of the non-celebrity wealthy people who live in California.

Dirt is another great show, airing Tuesdays at 10:00pm on FX. Courteney Cox is fantastic as Lucy Spiller the cut throat editor of a tabloid called Dirt. The first episode relied a lot on shock value, but the second and third episodes have had more plot and story. The world of tabloid journalism is a cut throat, dirty business, and Dirt gives us a glimpse into to that world, while maintaining a bit of heart - not much but just enough to let you know that people are not all bad. We highly recommend it!

Jennifer and Courteney!

According to People Jennifer Aniston is going to appear on the March 27 season finale of Courteney Cox's FX show, Dirt! Aniston will play an editor at a rival magazine. I am so excited about this! Dirt is fantastic and who doesn't love Jennifer and Courteney together on screen? Dirt can be seen on FX Tuesday nights at 10:00.
