Not only was Grey's Anatomy on last night (how about that episode!? Loved seeing Meridith tell off her mom; hated that Callie and George ran away to get married; why wont Christina wear that ring??; I had no idea it was possible to open a free clinic in one week; what was Addison thinking?) but Patrick Dempsey aka McDreamy's wife had twin boys!

They join 4-year-old sister Talula in the Dempsey household.
