Larry Birkhead has arrived in Florida, ready to address the court tomorrow in the matter of Anna Nicole Smith's burial. Howard K Stern has also been ordered to appear at the hearing. I wonder if he'll show up? Birkhead and Stern are both claiming that they are the father of Dannielynn, but only Birkhead has filed a paternity suit.
Maybe Birkhead will challenge Stern to a duel to settle the matter once and for all? Can't wait to see them both in the same courtroom.

Larry Birkhead: Anna was the love of my life

My money says Stern will not show up tomorrow (Tuesday) for the FL hearing because he will want to later claim that FL had no jurisdiction to appoint an administrator for Smith's estate and guardian ad litem for the child. If Stern shows up, then he possibly waives the "no jurisdiction" claim. But if Stern shows up, the judge will likely order both Birkhead and Stern to do paternity tests because I think he believes paternity is relevant to deciding who Smith's body should be released to. If these people are not careful the state of FL is going to wind up with more than half, if not all, of any money Smith ever had coming to her because of state inheritance taxes and the FL appointed administrator gets to go after any money Smith may have been entitled to. Her attorneys really dropped the ball if they failed to advised her to execute a new will after Daniel's death and baby was born, but I guess that is what happens when attorneys screw their clients and then get their lawyer pal to take over representation. Possibly some legal mal-practice here? It is a shame that FL may wind up getting the lion's share of Smith's estate. If I was Dannielynn's guardian ad litem attorney, I believe I would be suing both Rale and Stern for mal-practice if the FL courts make a determination that Smith's will was invalid or not enforceable and FL winds up taking more than half of Smith's estate.
