LL Cool J was on Rachael Ray's talk show this morning. Normally I can't take more than 5 minutes of that show because of the constant loud hyper talk but this morning, just as my finger was about to hit the channel up button, Ray challenged LL to a friendly game of strip air hockey. Hold the phone! I'm in! Fortunately for all watching, Ray got the first goal so it was LL who had to take it off, not Rachael. Have you seen Mr. Cool, eh, Mr. J lately? He has a fitness book out that you can pick up at Amazon. I don't know if it would work for the average person but whatever he is doing is working on him! Check out those abs! I'm just happy to see him again. I love the old school LL!
