Paris and Elliot Make Up

Paris Hilton and publicist Elliot Mintz kissed and made up overnight, after Mintz's firing in the wake of Paris' jail sentence on the weekend.

Reuters is reporting that Mintz and Hilton spent last evening talking and sorting things out.

"I represent Paris and I'm proud to," Elliot Mintz told Reuters early on Tuesday after a night out with his client.

"We had a wonderful evening, we talked, and our media relationship resumes uninterrupted."

It's unclear why Paris changed her mind, but I'm willing to bet that her lawyers yelled at her and told her she can't blame Mintz and the word "humble" was thrown about.

I have no clue why Mintz is so keen to keep representing Paris. She must be the biggest headache in the world. As I mentioned yesterday Paris must be paying him a bomb to stick around. Mintz's previous clients have included John Lennon and Bob Dylan, so the Paris thing is a mystery for the ages.

Paris Blames Someone Else

Paris has fired her long time publicist, Elliot Mintz, blaming him for her jail sentance. Paris claimed that it was Mintz's fault for giving her the wrong information about her previous DUI conviction and her suspended licence. Paris claimed that Mintz told her she could drive on her suspended licence. Paris also says that she doesn't read her own mail "she has people that do that for her". I'm beginning to wonder if Paris can even read!!

Mintz still stuck up for Paris after he was fired saying:

Due to this misunderstanding, I am no longer representing Paris. For the record, I have nothing but love and respect for Paris and her family. Paris is a wonderful person and does not deserve the punishment that was handed down by the court. I only wish her my best.

She must have been paying him A LOT of money.

Apparently Paris is only going to be allowed to have two pair of underpants a week in jail. Howie Mandel made a great joke on Regis and Kelly this morning saying "it's two more pair than she's used to wearing" - hahahaha.
