Anna Nicole's Will is Filed

Howard K Stern got around to filing Anna Nicole's will today in a Los Angeles probate court. It's still the wacky will that left everything to Daniel, but an addendum has been added listing her assets as $710,000.

I don't know what all this means, whether Dannielynn will end up with it all, now that Daniel is dead, of if Larry Birkhead intends on pressing forward with the pending law suit for Anna Nicole's share of the Marshal money.

I hope that Dannielynn gets everything in the will so she has a nice nest egg. I'm sure she'll be entitled to the royalties of all things Anna Nicole well into the future.

Anna Nicole's Will Has Been Released

Anna Nicole's 2001 Last Will and Testament has been released. 20 pages of intriguing information, inexplicably making no provision for any future children!!!! TMZ has acquired a copy of it here.

Howard K Stern is the first executor listed and Ron Rale second, along with a third and fourth executor. Rumor has it today that Stern is thinking of stepping down as executor, which will make Ron Rale the primary executor of her will.

Vergie Arthur has come out and said that the will was never filed in California and therefore is not worth the paper it's written on.

This will was written and signed in 2001 and made absolutely no provision for any other children than Daniel Smith, who died last year in September. It clearly states that she intentionally omitted to provide for any future children or spouses.

It is very, very strange. To specifically disinherit any future children is just plain weird. What's going on here? Is the hand of Howard K Stern at work ? Does this mean that Dannielynn is not provided for at all? Or will she still get money becuase she's the next of kin to Daniel? Is the will invalidated because Daniel is dead? The questions go on and on and on.

I didn't think it was possible yesterday for this to get any messier, but obviously we will continued to be shocked on a daily basis!

Anna Nicole Does Have a Will

Howard K. Stern was interviewed by ET today, one day after Anna Nicole's death and was "hysterical and could barely speak. Tragically and forever wounded."

During the interview it came to light that Anna Nicole did have a will, which was drawn up before the death of her son Daniel, and before the birth of Dannielynn. Daniel was the sole heir on the will. Howard K Stern was the executor.


This poses an interesting question, because Howard K Stern cannot be the executor of the will and also the sole beneficiary, as far as I know. I could be wrong. This is going to be a huge mess and protracted legal battle. I hope they get it all sorted out before Dannielynn has to pay for college.
