Looks like Paris really will do some time in the pokey! TMZ is reporting that she will be eligible for a 'good time/work time' credit which is a federal mandate that offers inmates a chance to leave early. Every four days of good behavior will count as six. So, assuming she behaves herself, she could get out after 39 days but she must serve that 39 days minimum. The judge in the case has ordered "no alternative sentencing", in other words, no home detention! Police sources told TMZ that she will bunking with a fellow convict. Am I the only one that hopes the inmate is a big, scary chick that just so happens to hate socialites?
Paris's lawyers have filed a notice with the court indicating their intent to appeal on Friday. Paris, of course, thinks the entire ordeal is like, totally unfair and stuff! Her quote of the year has to be this one,
"I think I get in more trouble just because of who I am... The cops do it all the time. They'll just pull me over to hit on me. It's really annoying. They're like, 'What's your phone number? Want to go to dinner?' "
You make it real hard for people to be sympathetic Paris!
