E! is reporting that ABC will announce that LOST will end after two more seasons. The writers wanted to set an exact end date in order to work out the current plot and the characters. The exact number of episodes is unknown at this point. Personally, I'm kind of ready for it to end. It's been a great ride, but I can't see it going on and holding my interest much longer.
