Law and Order: Criminal Intent is tackling the Anna Nicole Smith story in their 'ripped from the headlines!' fashion. Former Buffy the Vampire (film version) star Kristy Swanson, probably better known for falling for her Skating with the Stars pro, getting pregnant and breaking up his marriage, is set to play Anna in the "fictionalized version" of her story. Howard K. Stern may be played by Jon Lovitz...Jon Lovitz!! No word on who will play our boy Larry Birkhead yet. The episode of L&O:CI is set to air in May.
